• Act as the sole Credit Controller for the company, managing all aspects of customer accounts.
• Issue accurate financial statements and set up new customer accounts after conducting appropriate background checks.
• Maintain control over customers that exceed their credit limits.
• Handle the monthly statement runs and allocate payments efficiently.
• Record communication history accurately on Sage One and address sales invoice queries.
• Process credit card payments and manage any related issues.
• Reconcile customer accounts and monitor their balances to ensure financial health and compliance.

• 1-2 years of experience in a credit control role.
• Proficient knowledge of Sage 50.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of handling sensitive financial discussions.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy in financial matters.
