About the Role:

As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in managing outstanding debts and supporting the Credit Control team.

Duties will include:

• Chasing overdue debts

• Managing and taking ownership of client accounts

• Keeping financial records updated

• Identifying and escalating potential payment risks

• Resolving payment queries

• Supporting with various ad-hoc tasks

About the Successful Applicant:

You will have prior experience in Credit Control, with strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and V-lookups). A confident telephone manner, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential.
