Description

• Chasing payments via phone and email.
• Managing the collection of outstanding invoices
• Allocation of incoming cash
• Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
• Negotiating repayment plans with clients
• Working closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure financial stability

Profile

A successful 'Credit Controller' should have:

• A good working knowledge of chasing payments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collect payment as well as build relationships
• The ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
