Marks Sattin have a permanent role for an entry-level/associate Credit Controller within a forward-thinking business based in Gloucester. Newly created role to work alongside and support an established team.

Daily duties and experience required includes:

• Some experience working as a Credit Controller
• Building rapport with customer base to maintain positive working relationships.
• Completing credit checks and setting up new customer accounts
• Negotiating payment plans
• Reconciling customer accounts and query resolution
