Description

• Managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring timely payment of debts.
• Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
• Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems.
• Checking and approving credit notes.
• Providing accounts information to internal departments.
• Meeting defined departmental targets for cash collection.
• Dealing with internal queries about payments.
• Ensuring customers pay on time and negotiating re-payment plans.

Profile

A successful Credit Control candidate should have:

• Solid knowledge and experience in credit control and business services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A strong understanding of accounting principles.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Offer

• Hourly rate on offer between £13 - £14
