As a Credit Controller based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:  

• Managing a portfolio of existing and new customers with the purpose of controlling, reducing and maintaining debt risk.
• Ensuring systems are updated with calls, payment promise and query information to maintain accurate account history.
• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Admin experience is essential and previous Credit Control experience with a proven track record in debt reduction and account management is desirable
• Ability to work with large volumes in a fast-paced environment, ideally experience of query resolution
• Proactive and methodical approach, tenacious nature
• Confident, ability to problem solve and challenge where necessary
