Credit Controller - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller for a role based in Cambridge.

The role offers Hybrid working, Salary between £23,000 - £26,000 DOE , Bonus Scheme, 28 days Holiday + Bank Holidays plus other benefits.

The role will include collecting outstanding balances from existing customers.

Full responsibilities Include -

• Contacting customers to collect payment via email & phone
• Reconciling customer payments against invoices
• Keeping customer records up to date
• Responding to customer enquiries to allow swift payments to be made
• Escalating disputed debts to disputes team
• Manage AR relationships with key stakeholders
• Support in Month end activities such as preparation of accruals & reporting
• Support wider finance team with Ad hoc Tasks
