Credit Controller - RG Consultancy Ltd : Job Details

RG Consultancy are working with an excellent, well-established manufacturer based in Blackburn who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their small, friendly team.

As part of a team of 3 Credit Controllers, this role would be responsible for ensuring prompt payment and managing the debt of the business across several divisions.

Duties include:

• Chasing payments for overdue invoices
• Investigating and resolving any orders on hold
• Monitoring the debtor account balances
• Responding to customer queries
• Reconciling accounts
• Setting up new customer accounts and updating existing customer records
• Posting and allocating cash
• Raising invoices/credit notes

This role would be ideal for someone with experience working as a Credit Controller and is comfortable managing their own ledger.
