Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage customer accounts and credit limits
• Ensuring records are up to date and accurate on the system
• Setting up new customer accounts and putting credit limitations in place
• Follow up with clients on unpaid invoices via phone and email
• Dealing with invoice queries
• Monitoring the central inbox
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams
• Monday to Friday - 35 hours a week

Profile

Successful candidate will possess:

• Worked in a similar background before
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Microsoft proficient
• Work to timed deadlines

Job Offer

Salary up to £24000 per annum + 25 days holiday (plus banks) + 5 days on site + Private healthcare + Staff discount platform online.
