Description

• Manage and maintain the credit control process
• Reconcile complex accounts and negotiate repayment plans
• Process invoices and credit notes
• Handle customer queries regarding payments
• Conduct credit checks on potential customers
• Work closely with the finance team to achieve targets
• Regularly report on debtors and cash flow to management
• Comply with all company policies and industry regulations

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of accounting software and credit control systems
• Understanding of the retail industry and its financial processes
