We're actively recruiting for a Credit Controller to manage the credit and collection processes to ensure timely payments from customers and maintain positive cash flow. - Proactively chasing invoices via phone, email, and written communication.
- Conducting credit checks on new and existing customers.
- Negotiating payment terms with customers experiencing financial difficulty.
- Preparing regular reports on accounts receivable status, overdue accounts, and collection rates.

- Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts, including outstanding invoices and payment histories.
- Regularly reviewing customer balances and aged debt reports to identify overdue accounts.
- Working closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve customer queries regarding invoices.
- Addressing customer disputes promptly to prevent delays in payment.
