Credit Controller Part Time - 15 month FTC - Axon Moore Group Ltd : Job Details

Credit Controller (Part Time, 15 month MAT cover) – North Manchester – Upto £30,000 FTE + Bonus + Fantastic Benefits package Axon Moore is delighted to be partnering with a fantastic well established business as they make a brand new hire within Credit Control. The business requires this person to start in January and to cover maternity leave for a 15 month period. Working hours are 20 – 25 hours a week during the hours of 8.00 – 17.00 Monday - Friday.This role sits within a close knit small team who are very supportive and friendly, eager to support the person who will temporarily cover during this period.  Main Duties:

• Day to day management of sales ledger
• Review and monitoring of customer credit limits
• Collection of cash and resolution of queries with customers
• Work alongside other areas of the business as required
• Management of customer invoicing portals
• Posting of customer receipts
• Management of applications for payment
• Some other Finance team activities; mainly Excel data entry and reporting
• Ad hoc projects as required

Required Experience:

• Experience communicating with customers
• Good Excel skills
• Previous use of Sage an advantage
