Job Overview
Position: CRM Account DirectorContract Duration: 3 months (initial contract, with potential for extension)Location: Bristol, with 1-2 days per week onsiteWork Arrangement: Hybrid (remote and onsite)Day Rate: £300 per day (outside IR35)
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining strong, strategic relationships.CRM Strategy Development: Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty, leveraging data insights and customer behaviors.Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and analysis of CRM campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and deliver measurable results.Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, data analytics, and creative, to deliver integrated CRM solutions.Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients, and recommending optimizations for future campaigns. Proven Experience: A strong background in CRM strategy and account management, ideally within an agency environment.Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing and nurturing client relationships at a senior level.Campaign Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple CRM campaigns simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results and optimizing performance.Data-Driven Approach: Experience using data insights to inform strategy and decision-making.Flexible and Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hybrid work arrangement.
