Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise CRM Value: Enhance the sharing and utilisation of relationship information to support profitable revenue generation.
- Data Connectivity: Design and implement data governance protocols, ensuring a cohesive client information journey across the organisation.
- CRM Enhancement: Lead Phase 2 activities of the CRM implementation to refine and optimise the system.
- Data Management: Oversee data integrity, perform data mapping, and manage data migrations to support business insights.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure CRM data complies with GDPR, maintain data preferences, and develop automated relationship reports using tools like Salesforce and PowerBi.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven CRM Expertise: Experience with CRM systems in a professional services environment, particularly with systems like Upper Sigma (Salesforce) and Introhive.
- Data Analysis Proficiency: Demonstrable ability to use data to generate business development insights and manage information.
- System Knowledge: Familiarity with PowerBi, 3E, and other relevant systems is highly desirable.
- Influential Communicator: Ability to advocate for the importance of data management and business intelligence.
- Team Collaboration: Must be a proactive, dynamic team player with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
