Description
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Agency department to ensure alignment of CRM campaigns with marketing objectives.
- Manage customer segmentation and communication strategies.
- Monitor CRM metrics and performance, and generate reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience across all touch points.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all CRM activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM.
Profile
A successful CRM Executive should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM, ideally within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively.
