CRM Executive - Law Support : Job Details

We are working alongside a highly regarded UK law firm and they are seeking a CRM Executive to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will join the digital marketing and brand team and will play a key part in overseeing the day-to-day management of the CRM system and leveraging marketing technologies to support the firm’s business development and marketing goals.

Daily duties will include utilising data best practices and research to ensure contact and company data are current, enforcing the CRM system’s data standards as well as supporting the business development team on building targeted mailing lists and other CRM best practice queries. The CRM executive will become an expert on the effective use of email marketing platform and will advise users on email marketing campaign best practices and ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines.

Applicants will possess first class organisations skills coupled with exceptional attention to detail. A firm grasp of marketing technology (MarTech) tools (specifically InterAction) and knowledge of marketing and digital marketing principles is essential.
