The Role of CRM Executive:In this exciting, multifaceted position, you'll lead the development and execution of customer retention strategies that will enhance engagement and drive long-term value. From CRM and email marketing to SMS campaigns and loyalty programmes, you'll be the driving force behind all retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities in The Position of CRM Executive:Retention Strategy Development: Design and implement an integrated retention strategy across CRM, loyalty, email marketing, SMS, and other channels. Your goal is to boost customer engagement and lifetime value.
Customer Lifecycle Management: Map out and optimise the entire customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and strategies that encourage repeat purchases and increase brand loyalty.
Data and Analytics: Build and manage a comprehensive analytics framework to measure the success of retention activities, uncover key insights, and drive data-informed strategic decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketing, creative, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Loyalty Programs: Design, launch, and optimise loyalty programmes that encourage repeat purchases and enhance the overall customer experience.
Personalisation and Segmentation: Develop advanced segmentation strategies and personalise communications based on customer behaviour, preferences, and purchase patterns to maximise engagement.
Campaign Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of retention campaigns, ensuring that email and SMS communications are timely, relevant, and compelling.
A/B Testing & Optimisation: Implement testing methodologies to optimise retention tactics and improve key metrics such as repeat purchase rates and average order value.
Trend Spotting: Keep up with industry trends and competitor strategies in CRM and retention marketing to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Knowledge: At least 2+ years in retention marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing-preferably within fashion or e-commerce. You've got the experience to hit the ground running!
Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms) and experience working with customer data to drive decisions and improve performance.
CRM Expertise: A deep understanding of CRM systems and tools, with proven experience managing successful email, SMS, and loyalty programmes.
Customer-Centric Mindset: A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the customer journey and how to engage, retain, and drive loyalty through every stage.
