Description
The responsibilities for the CRM Manager - Hybrid Working role will include:
- Utilizing the company's in-house CRM system - built off Dynamics365, to manage and optimize campaigns drive customer engagement.
- Develop and implement robust customer retention strategies.
- Create automated customer journeys.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance and customer engagement metrics.
- Running regular A / B testing campaigns to optimize performance of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure data compliance and security across all CRM activities.
- Identify opportunities for CRM system enhancements, including incorporating AI software to improve efficiency and performance - working closely with IT support teams on software development opportunities.
- Train staff on CRM usage and best practices - being the go-to CRM person across the business.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure CRM objectives align with overall company goals.
Profile
For the CRM Manager - Hybrid Working role, applicants should have:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a CRM focused digital marketing role.
- Experience with Dynamics365 is ideal, but other CRM platform experience will be considered.
- Experience within a B2B marketing setting is desirable, but not central.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret CRM data and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
- Strong time management skills.
- A curious mindset on continuous technology developments within the digital marketing team.
- Knowledge of data protection legislation and CRM system compliance.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and train staff on CRM usage.
Job Offer
On offer for the CRM Manager - Hybrid Working role:
- A competitive salary range of £42,000 - £50,000 - depending on experience
- Hybrid Working - 3 days per week on-site
