Day to day your responsibilities in the position of CRM Manager will include owning the customer strategy (acquisition and retention), from planning through to evaluation. You will be responsible for:
- Creating an acquisition plan with all stakeholders including third parties
- Managing customer database and responsibility for health and maintenance
- Work alongside the Head of Marketing to build out seasonal communication plans
- Asses the commercial benefits of building a loyalty scheme
- Report all key KPI's with actionable insights
- Execute lifecycle campaigns
- Identify customer segmentation and how to target through email/direct mail campaigns
To be considered for the position of CRM Manager, you will offer the following:
- Proven in owning and delivering CRM strategies within fashion/lifestyle brands
- Comfortable switching between being operational and strategic
- Highly commercial and analytical - able to deep dive into reports to extract key commercial opportunities
- Knowledge in catalogues/DM
- Has successfully launched and/or managed loyalty schemes
- Confident in multichannel retail
- Thrives from being hands on and working at pace - highly organised with a vision to grow the team
- Examples of how you have been responsible for growing acquisition, retention, CLTV and ATV growth rate
