The London HQ is based near Liverpool Street station and they are a hybrid-business.

Description

  • Design CRM strategy: Create a CRM strategy, optimising the customer experience
  • Maximizing ease of use: Influence the design of CRM solutions by gathering feedback, defining problems, and ensuring new features are easy to use and meet business needs.
  • Champion CRM best practice: Promote cross-functional consistency, compliance, lead CRM management and analyse performance

Profile

  • 4+ years CRM experience, ideally using Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience managing a CRM migration is benefitial but not essential
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, and can influence and align diverse teams and perspectives.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary: £38,000-£48,000 (depending on experience)
