This is a brand-new role with significant scope and opportunity to make a real impact within the firm.Role Overview:As the CRM Manager, you will lead and manage the firm's CRM platform, LexisNexis InterAction, ensuring its effective use across the firm. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the CRM infrastructure, promoting its use, and working with stakeholders to build positive user engagement and data accuracy.Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Maintain and continually develop the InterAction infrastructure, ensuring it supports effective business intelligence.
- Integration and Development: Identify and manage InterAction bolt-ons and integrations, ensuring they are continually developed.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and promote appropriate reports and dashboards to share information and intelligence within the firm.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support on the use of InterAction, promoting its effective use and building engagement across the firm.
- Data Integrity: Maintain CRM data integrity and quality control, handling ongoing tickets, auditing data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to CRM use, including integration issues and user errors.
- Best Practices: Ensure InterAction maintains best practices in data governance and GDPR compliance.
What's needed:
- Experience: Significant experience in managing and developing CRM systems in a law firm or professional services environment, with specific experience in managing InterAction.
- Project Management: Experience in project-managing the rollout of CRM functions across a business.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels and influence change.
- Training and Coaching: Effective coach and trainer at all levels of seniority.
- Technical Skills: Strong mind for technology and delivering technology-based solutions for business development.
