As a CRM Marketing Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and evaluating email marketing plans. You’ll provide expert advice on CRM Marketing and maintain effective relationships across the university.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and implement email marketing plans, ensuring alignment with the university’s communication strategies.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information, advice, and guidance to managers and staff at all levels on CRM Marketing.
• Liaise between service users and operational teams to resolve queries and requests.
• Write copy, build, and send HTML emails as part of marketing campaigns.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns through market and competitor data analysis.
• Maintain and update information systems in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
• Prepare management reports on CRM usage to aid in process improvement and service understanding.
• Support the Marketing team with administrative tasks and project implementation.

What are we looking for? 

• Experience in CRM, email marketing, and digital communications.
• Proven ability to write copy for email and build HTML for marketing purposes.
• Ability to work occasional Saturdays for university events.
• Understanding of Higher Education application processes.
