CRO Analyst - Experimentation - Contract £100-£150 per day Remote - can be based in Poland, Bulgaria or RomaniaAgency

We are seeking skilled CRO Analysts (or CRO Managers) on a contract basis to support an exciting experimentation and optimisation program for a major global client. The client is UK based and looking for support from contractors based in Romania, Bulgaria, or Poland and require strong data-driven expertise in A/B testing and experimentation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full experimentation process, from hypothesis creation to analysis
• Design and set up A/B tests in Optimizely (or other experimentation tools)
• Define key metrics and success criteria for tests
• Analyse and interpret experiment results to drive actionable insights
• Work with Google Analytics (GA4) and Adobe Analytics to identify opportunities
• Experience with ContentSquare for deeper user behaviour insights

Skills & Experience:

• Experience identifying optimisation opportunities
• Strong analytical mindset - able to translate test results into business recommendations
• Experience with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, etc.)
• Ability to work in fast-paced, client-driven environments
