The forward-thinking web & digital agency live and breathe experimentation and are looking to enhance their CRO offering. They pride themselves on delivering end to end solutions for clients, from research to delivery.  The agency support a variety of ecommerce and lead generation clients target and reach customers, convert and drive growth.

As a CRO Specialist you will support the delivery of conversion and optimisation. You will be working collaboratively with the wider performance marketing team, being an expert in all things UX and working closely with clients to deliver seamless user journeys.

This is the perfect role for someone who is passionate about optimisation, psychology and customer behaviours!

• Develop, implement, and maintain testing plans, with hypotheses based on data and analysis.
• Working in collaboration with web development and design teams to develop and run tests.
• Identify CRO and testing opportunities within the client base.
• Leading on testing strategies and testing roadmaps.
• Understanding digital performance and traffic behaviours through data analysis.
• Using qualitative and quantitate methods for user research.

Skills & experience:

• Experience in a CRO focused role, with a clear understanding of testing methods.
• Self-starter who can deliver end-to-end CRO programmes
• Excellent web analytics skills – identifying trends, opportunities and telling a story with data
• Broad understanding of digital marketing and performance
• Experience with VWO or other testing tools and GA4
