Customer Account Administrator based in Bradford, BD3Offering £11.85 per hour, paid weekly - every FridayStart Date: 23rd September 2024 Temporary 3 month contract; full time and part time available

The Recruitment Co. are currently recruiting for Customer Account Administrators on behalf of our client based in Bradford. The Location: Bradford, BD3 (on-site)

The Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • Working times between 8am-6pm
  • We have both full and part time available and will discuss preferences during the screening process
  • Full time hours; 37.5 per week
  • Part time hours; to be discussed dependant on availability and preferences.

The Salary: £11.85 per hour, paid weekly - every Friday!The Role:

  • Correctly assess customers accounts and make sound and rational decisions; working inline with the banding matrix and accurately reviewing all customers information to ensure an accurate tariff has been assigned.
  • Completing required data transfers - ensuring a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Working to and inline with service level agreements
  • Working in a effective and timely manner
  • Using in-hoiuse systems to accurate record information and data transfers
  • Working alongside a small, friendly and supportive team
  • Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies or issues with data entry
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

The Person

  • Previous administration, clerical or data entry experience is required, you will handling a large volume of customer accounts and completing data heavy admin tasks.
  • Strong IT skills are required - good navigational skills, typing accuracy and speed
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong personal organisation and time management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Please note: All successful candidates will need to pass a DBS check for this position.
