Typical duties of a Customer Account Manager:
- Engage with customers daily to build trust and identify solution opportunities.
- Onboard new clients from the sales teams.
- Lead meetings to initiate new projects.
- Assist in designing solutions to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate delivery progress and status meetings.
- Review customer journeys and provide success recommendations.
- Facilitate interactions between delivery services and customer teams.
- Develop pipelines and recommend suitable subscriptions.
- Analyse and resolve customer success issues.
- Maintain performance metrics and prepare review documentation.
- Demonstrate service value using ROI and business case performance.
- Document customer use cases and obtain testimonials.
Core Technical Skills:
- Experience with CRM and customer management tools.
- Proficiency in creating and distributing newsletters and communications.
- Experience with customer success and satisfaction surveys.
