£25'500 plus bonus up to 6k!! 

We are on the look out for a customer advisor to join a big and well-established business based in Southall. This company provide excellent training to all new staff that join the customer service team as an advisor. You will be partnered with a buddy who will show you all the ropes before you then go live account managing your customers directly.

This is a busy department with lots going on every day!! This role would suit somebody who can focus in a loud environment and who enjoys dealing with customers every day

Previous customer service experience would be ideal, if you have order processing experience that would be fab.

Duties for Customer Advisor

• Answering inbound calls from customers
• Process orders
• Deal with refunds and returns
• Liaising with logistics team 
• Complaint handling
