A globally renowned luxury brand is on the lookout for a Customer Data Analyst to join their London-based team. As a Customer Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality customer data, conducting in-depth analyses, and delivering actionable insights. Your work will directly support the company's mission to enhance customer service and drive performance across multiple teams.

• Ensuring Data Quality:

  • Maintaining and improving the quality of customer data within the database.
  • Identifying and resolving errors through the in-house data quality management tool.
  • Collaborating with retail teams to share best practices for data capture and provide tailored training.

• Developing Customer Insights:

  • Conducting detailed analyses of customer behaviour, trends, and profiles.
  • Sharing key insights with internal teams, including retail, merchandising, and operations, to guide decision-making.
  • Supporting CRM targeting initiatives and contributing to segmentation projects across the business.

• Monitoring Customer Performance:

  • Regularly tracking and reporting on customer performance metrics to support retail success.
  • Engaging with store teams, regional directors, and other key stakeholders to share updates and drive alignment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience with statistical methodologies and customer behaviour analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Cognos.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
• A customer-first approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to confidentiality and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• A degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline is desirable

• Salary of up to £43,000
