Main responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assisting with order processing and tracking.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing product and service information to customers.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Producing detailed reports.
The successful candidate will have the following requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
