My client is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Administrator to join their team.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assisting with order processing and tracking.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Providing product and service information to customers.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Producing detailed reports.

The successful candidate will have the following requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
