What you will be doing as a customer care advisor:

• Helping Customers: Be the voice of the company, responding to a variety of customer queries through phone, email, and chat, offering timely, professional solutions.
• Solving Problems: Triage technical issues like connectivity faults and work with our team to ensure a seamless fix, whether it’s scheduling a service engineer or passing cases to technical support.
• Showcasing Our Products: Help potential customers find the right product for their needs and excite them about joining the family.
• Adding Value: Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate to improve the customer experience—it’s all about creating win-win situations!
• Collaborating: Work with your teammates to ensure customer needs are met and experiences are exceptional.
