My client an established manufacturing business in Mid Kent are looking to recruit an experienced customer service administrator to join their fast paced, friendly team!

Duties for this role include but are not limited to:

• Answer first line customer service queries.
• Support in any crisis management as required.
• Assist in the development of the customer service log.
• Liaise and work with all internal departments to support the resolution of customers queries and complaints.
• Work with the order processing team where appropriate.
• Assist with the on-boarding process for new customers.
• General email and telephone correspondence as and when required.

The right candidate for the Customer Care Administrator will have/ be:

• Have experience of working within a B2B customer service/account management role.
• Display exemplary communication skills.
• Constructively champion the needs of the customer with internal colleagues.
• Be proactive and demonstrate initiative.

• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and Outlook.
• Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Full UK driving license due to company location.
