Working within my client's busy Customer Care department, this role will manage customer service activities, handle enquiries, and resolve issues efficiently. Your role will involve:
- To ensure all calls received into the Department are answered professionally, logging issues appropriately.
- To coordinate a number of services and contacts together ensuring requests are carried out.
- To communicate with the Head of Customer Care/Customer Care Manager to ensure calls are being followed up and dealt with by the appropriate personnel.
- To maintain the Customer Care monitor.
- Check invoices and forward for payment. Be part of the customer service contra-charge process. To be ‘cost aware’ at all times.
- To liaise with the Buying department.
- To ensure queries are reported to the relevant departments on a daily basis and completed within timescales.
- To liaise with Sales Teams to ensure customer queries are answered.
- To book appointments for services and contacts to deal with queries.
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks in accordance with operational needs as requested by your managers.

- Proficient in MS Office
- Previous Customer Service or Administration experience
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to work on own initiative
