This Customer Care IFA Administrator job in Bromsgrove provides hybrid working and opportunity to join a leading independent financial planning firm.
As a Customer Care IFA Administrator you will be working within their customer care / complaints team. You will be helping to resolve any complaints by providing start to end support to obtain a satisfactory resolution.
The role has plenty of processes and templates in place to support you with how to resolve issues, however it also requires an individual able to actively listen and identify where bespoke responses are required.
As our client is an independent financial planning business, the complaints are in respect of the delivery of financial planning advice to clients, often in relation to the administrative element, rather than the advice. Therefore, we are ideally seeking individuals with experience within financial planning such as an IFA Administrator.
Our client would consider individuals from a complaints handling role from wider area of financial services, such as a Bank or Building Society. However, they would be keen to know your level of investment and pension product knowledge.
