What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of our Customer Care department.
• Motivate and guide your team to exceed performance targets.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement positive changes.
• Foster a collaborative and energetic team atmosphere.
• Monitor department activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service.
• Provide detailed performance reports and track daily issues to drive progress.

About You:

• You bring proven customer service experience and leadership skills in a similar setting.
• You’re an excellent communicator, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for problem-solving.
• You're passionate about leading a team, driving results, and making a positive impact.
