We operate in more than 25 countries.

Working in our Business Development team you will be responsible for guiding and coordinating partners’ activity, helping them in planning and achieving new business goals. Full training is given in this customer focused role.

Your day to day

  • Build strong relationships with the Partner base and be their first point of contact for any queries
  • Hold individual Planning Sessions with Partners to develop their business goals, outlining specific monthly plans for achievement coordinated with corporate activities
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Juice Plus+ Compensation plan and train Partners accordingly
  • Collect feedback from the field, monitor sales and volume data and trends and work closely with Sales and Marketing on new projects and ideas in order to stimulate further growth in the Italian market and reach better visibility and field response
  • Create, promote and hold online and offline trainings and meetings for distributors to Business Development related topics
  • Handle month-end process and all related tasks (qualifications, recognitions, payroll control and adjustments)

You will bring

  • Good standard of education (degree calibre candidate preferred and/or experience in a sales, commercial assistance or marketing environment
  • Fluency in Italian & English essential.
  • Skilled at working individually & within an international team-oriented, collaborative environment with a proactive and trustworthy attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills, effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast paced environment
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills and empathetic ability to communicate effectively, respectfully and appropriately both internally and with our Partners (public speaking skills would be preferred)
  • Flexibility around work hours, and adaptable to changing workloads
  • Charismatic with ability to be the centre of positive energy and creativity
  • Availability to travel to support events, trainings and meet Partners (this could include working overtime and/or in weekends occasionally)
  • Analytical skills: understand of data analysis and drawing conclusions and proposing appropriate measures
  • A genuine interest in healthy living, nutrition and lifestyle
