Customer Experience Advisor - Adecco : Job Details

Calling all Customer Service enthusiasts! If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Type: Part-time, 22 hours per week. Temporary assignment to start 1st December until the end of March 2025.Working Hours: Availability to work between 9am - 7pm with flexibility at the weekend. Office based with hybrid working once trained

Rate of Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour

Responsibilities:* Handle incoming telephone calls and emails related to bookings, memberships, and general inquiries* Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive customer experience* Assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently
