The will join a passionate and driven team committed to providing exceptional customer service.About the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join the team in Finchley Road, NW3 (North West London). In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the customers, ensuring they have a positive experience at every touchpoint. You will be a key point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, and providing expert advice.Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Manager:
- Manage all aspects of the customer journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
- Proactively making outbound calls to follow up on leads.
- Building relationships and rapports with customers.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Provide expert advice on the company's services and offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Experience in the property industry desirable.
