CUSTOMER INSIGHT ANALYST

Hybrid working, 2 days a week on-site.

The Company:

A multinational clothing, footwear and home products retailer are looking for a Web Analyst from Junior - Senior level to join their team working on a wide range of activities across the website and app.

The Role:

As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for:

- Collecting data and performing advanced analytics

- Proving insights and recommendations from the data collected to the wider business and stakeholders

- Using data visualisation tools to creat reports and dashboards

- Looking at customer buying, segmentation and loyalty

Skills/Requirements:

- SQL is required

- Experience in a data visualisation tool preferably Power BI

- Strong communication

- Innovative and proactive personality
