  • Create and refine Aldi’s social media strategy based on KPIs, aligning with brand goals and audience engagement metrics
  • Ensure all content reflects Aldi’s brand values, resonates with the target audience, and fosters a strong brand community
  • Utilise audience insights to tailor the strategy, meeting followers' needs and preferences. 
  • Define the overall strategy for Aldi’s influencer program, ensuring it aligns with broader marketing objectives. Identify key influencers who can effectively promote Aldi’s products and values
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, ensuring they feel valued and engaged. Develop long-term partnerships that maximize reach and engagement
  • Manage the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand and deliver desired outcomes. Oversee content creation by influencers, ensuring it aligns with Aldi’s brand and marketing goals
  • Partner with agencies to develop creative, on-brand content plans for Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Develop monthly content calendars with themes, topics, and posting schedules
  • Oversee social media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and meeting strategic objectives. Monitor performance and adjust as needed
  • Analyse performance metrics to evaluate social media campaign success. Track KPIs like engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach
  • Provide detailed monthly reports with campaign performance, key insights, and actionable recommendations. Use insights to inform future strategies
  • Continuously improve social media performance by leveraging report insights. Implement changes to enhance engagement and results
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and changes in audience behaviour and monitor industry developments 
  • Collaborate with PR, digital, product, and creative teams to ensure brand messaging consistency and align content with broader marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all social media activities align with Aldi’s overall marketing goals and objectives, fostering a collaborative environment for cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather feedback and insights, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and supports overarching marketing campaigns

About You

  • Experience in delivering large scale influencer programs within a retail environment
  • Experience of delivering social media campaigns, either within an agency or in a fast past and reactive retail environment
  • Deep understanding of engaging audiences on Instagram and Pinterest. 
  • Keen eye for creative and visually appealing social styling, especially in the food and drink sector.
  • Combine innovative content ideas with data-driven decision-making. 
  • Develop strategies that are both creative and aligned with business objectives.  
  • Strong data analysis capabilities to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies. 
  • Utilise insights to continually improve content and campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Confidently present ideas and campaign results to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.
  • Build relationships and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, external agencies, and influencers. 
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.

What You’ll get in Return

  • Salary starting £47,045 to £51,635
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
