Customer Operator - Juice Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a CCTV and Alarm System company, with the appointment of a Customer Operator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor CCTV footage for other businesses, reporting any suspicious activity to relevant parties.
• Liaising with law enforcement, clients, and management.
• Ensure that all data is processed according to industry standards.
• Oversee the suspension and resolution of incidents.
• Maintain professional and prompt communication.

About you:

• You must have your own mode of transportation to BS14 - unfortunately reliance on public transport is not accepted.
• You must be able to demonstrate 5 years work experience in the UK.
• You must undergo a credit check and a thorough background check covering the past 5 years.
• SIA License, CCTV, Door Supervisor or Manned Guarding experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-driven, hardworking, and committed.
• Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

About the role:

• Days and Nights - 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am. 4 on and 4 off.
• Salary £24,984
