Customer Order Processor - Randstad Perm Professionals : Job Details

Looking for a customer focused role within a well established and global company?

Can you commit to 54 weeks of work?

Your main role will be:

• receiving and processing of customer orders
• communicating with customers - inbound and outbound - in relation to delivery lead times or update on other matters
• liaising with our sales team to help boost sales opportunities
• logging any customer queries and help investigation to resolve

You will need:

• a professional telephone manner
• strong customer focus
• data entry/order processing skills
• good all-round level of PC literacy and willing to learn new systems

Hours of work

• Week 1 - 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Week 2 - 9am - 5pm

Benefits

• 28 days holiday rising to 33 days after 12 weeks (inclusive of public holidays)
