Customer Relations Executive - Morgan McKinley : Job Details

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join a well-established company in the East Grinstead. You will have fantastic communications, and brilliant interpersonal skills.

Please note that due to the location of the company you need to be a driver.

Salary: £26k

Location: East Grinstead

Days / hours: Monday- Friday office based 37,5hrs a week

9am-5pm

Customer Relations Executive duties:

• Being the first point of contact to clients
• Prepare sales quotes
• Maximising enquiry conversation opportunities
• Handling of all enquiries (capturing enquirers details, booking appointments, resolving queries)

The ideal Customer Relations Executive will have:

• Outgoing, confident and a real people person
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Fantastic customer service skills with brilliant telephone manner
• Persuasive skills
