Starting Salary: £21,200 with an additional £400 commission per month for the first 4 months.On Target Earnings (OTE): Potential to earn between £25,000 and £32,000.Work Schedule: - Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 5:30pm.
- Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm.
- Once a month: 10:00am to 7:00pm (usually on the 3rd Tuesday).
- One Saturday per month (with a day off in lieu).
- 39 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break each day.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Client Relationships: Contact and build strong relationships with clients using warm leads.
- Appointment Booking: Secure quality appointments to generate additional mortgage and protection business.
- Lead Nurturing: Provide a seamless customer experience, ensuring leads are nurtured from start to finish.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed targets for appointments and mortgage sign-ups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Mortgage Advisors to schedule general mortgage reviews.
- Compliance: Ensure all services are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update client records using the company’s software system.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the Direct Sales team to help grow the business.
