GKR International are working with one of the most successful and rapidly expanding Real Estate business to add to their newly created Customer Care Team. Due to an ever expanding portfolio of sites across London, they are looking to expand their team to ensure a high level and high standard of Customer Care for their buyers.Based on-site, your primary responsibility will be to uphold anexceptional sales environment and deliver a seamless customer journey.Your role will focus on providing a world-class customer experience from theinitial point of contact through to legal completion and handover, aiming toachieve a market-leading Net Promoter Score.You will ensure a smooth, efficient customer journey.Key Responsibilities: • Progress sales from reservation to completion, liaising with buyers,solicitors, and stakeholders.• Build and nurture strong relationships with purchasers, delivering abespoke service.• Manage CRM systems to track interactions and milestones,ensuring smooth communication.• Lead on all formal communication to customers during theirjourney including options and choices selections, pre-completioncorrespondence and home demonstration appointments alongsidethe Customer Service Managers.• Provide updates on build stages through newsletters andpersonalised communication.Package:- £45,000 basic salary- Annual Bonus- Pension- Expanded holiday allowanceLI-#LR1
