Are you an experienced Sales Exert, and looking to move into a Relationship Management role?

Reed Business Support are currently recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manager to join their client on a permanent basis, due to rapid growth.

Responsibilities of the Customer Relationship Manager –

  • Manage and coordinate daily sales activities, supporting the Business Development Manager (BDM)
  • Key responsibilities include overseeing the sales admin team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and handling customer service enquiries.
  • Managing customer relationships, addressing service complaints, and maintaining a customer database.
  • Ensure the company's online presence is current, organise exhibitions, and monitor sales performance.
  • Follow market trends, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on maintaining the company's reputation and integrity.
  • Monitor sales figures and activity.
  • Travel within the UK, Europe and overseas.

Requirements of the Customer Relationship Manager -

  • Proven experience in a Sales role (Account management, Relationship Management).
  • Proven experience in a customer facing environment.
  • An excellent team player – able to take on further responsibilities and help out other departments.
  • An effective communicator, and able to manage a small team of Sales Administrators.
  • A background within pharmacy or the medical industry is preferred.

Benefits of the Customer Relationship Manager role –

  • Monday – Friday Full Time, Permanent.
  • Salary between £35,000 - £40,000 DOE.
  • Annual Bonus scheme.
  • Hybrid working (2 Days at home).
