Jewson Partnership Solutions(JPS) specialise in providing supply solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Council Authorities.
We're on the hunt for a Customer Sales Administrator to join the team in our Housing Hub site in Leeds, who's as passionate about great service as we are!

Working Hours:7.30am-5pm Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week)
Location: JPS Leeds Hub, Unit 4A (3002), Victoria Road, Leeds, LS14 2LA
Key Responsibilities
This role has a strong focus on customer service and branch administration. You'll be a key member of this busy team by serving customers at the trade counter, processing their orders as well as covering business control admin duties for the branch.
Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our JPS values
Serve customers at the trade counter - develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions
Use our in-house systems to process customer orders and organise deliveries, keeping customers updated throughout their journey via phone and email
Complete admin duties for the branch including stock control, risk analysis, delivery invoices, stock loss, sales order processing
Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts and rotations
Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
Required Skills and Experience
Must be IT literate - in-house systems will be taught but knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
Experience working in a customer facing environment in a sales-office based or admin role
A great team player; ready to support colleagues and customers when needed
