Customer Service Account Executive - RWB Global Limited : Job Details

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Accounts Executive to join their well established family business in Hereford.

The successful candidate must be well organised with excellent administration skills. A strong work ethic and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is a must.

The role involves some sales and you would be expected to carry out site visits to current and new clients to secure business.

A full clean driving licence is required for this role.

Main Responsibilities (not limited to);

• Prepare, record and follow up quotes.
• Process all sales and create purchase orders.
• Invoicing.
• Maintain customer database.
• Creation and distribution of promotional material.
• Business development, securing new business.
• Catalogue sales.
• Customer Service.
• Account management.
• General administrative duties.
