Customer Service Account Rep - Jackson Hogg - HR & BS : Job Details

Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a manufacturing business based in Stockton-on-Tees with the appointment of Customer Service Account Rep on a permanent basis.

You must have previous Customer Service experience in excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Central point of contact for customer account management
• Responsible for completing customer account set ups
• Verifying customer prices and delivery dates
• Entering customer purchase orders into the system
• Outbound calls to customers to discuss future orders
• Handle incoming calls to customer service
• Sending order acknowledgments in a timely manner
• Communicating with customers regarding delivery status
• Escalating customer issues to the supervisor
• Working closely with purchasing and planning to ensure accurate information to customers
