Customer Service Admin - High Wycombe - Permanent - £20,000 to £23,000 per annum!
A great opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Admin to join an established and growing leader in their industry based in High Wycombe. This role would suit a bright and motivated individual that has had previous experience within a Customer Services or Client Services role and has strong CRM system skills and is used to working in a busy environment.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 with half hour unpaid lunch. Free parking onsite!!
Main duties:
- Answering and responding to incoming phone calls and emails
- Order processing and sales administration
- Producing and issuing quotations for systems, providing these to designers, architects, direct customers and consumers
- Processing of goods return requests from customers and their credits
- Respond to customer queries with solutions, including complaint resolution
- Providing high quality accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Keeping the CRM System up to date with all notes from phone calls and emails sent to and received from customers as defined in company processes
- Liaising with other departments to provide seamless customer service
- Assisting and supporting the internal and external sales teams
Key requirements:
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in a Customer Service or Client Services position
- Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required
- Previous use of a CRM System (Customer Relationship Management) is required
- Complaint resolution experience
- Previous experience of processing export orders would be beneficial, but not essential as training would be provided.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact confidently with customers and colleagues
