Customer Service Administrator

Temporary - ongoing contract£23 - 26k - DOELS1 - Leeds CentreJoin our Client, a successful manufacturing business in Leeds! As the business continue to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service candidate to contribute to their success. The role will be based in the office in Leeds Centre but will offer a hybrid option once the training is completed.Main duties as a Customer Service Administrator will include:

  • Processing customer orders on the CRM system
  • Updating customer documents
  • Tracking deliveries and logging them efficiently on a booking in system
  • Speaking with customers daily to update
  • Checking pricing for products and updating new costings on quotes
  • Dealing with any complaints and queries
